Hi.

I work where things are tangled — between research and design, technology and communication, data and decision-making. Much of what I do is an attempt to turn complexity and ambiguity into clarity. It often starts with asking the right question, diving into the mess, breaking it down, and reassembling it — then building and iterating.

Presently, I’m a User Researcher at Sanoma Learning working on the itslearning Learning Management System.
